Here’s a step-by-step plan for executing Ming’s development and deployment, including key milestones, timelines, and use of funds:
Phase 1: Initial Development & Infrastructure Setup
Finalize core architecture, set up MongoDB multi-region clusters, and design the discovery algorithm using Haversine for dedicated proxy servers.
Develop child node server integration, focusing on Docker containers/droplets for isolated project environments.
Build the server proxy and implement RAID & RAD architecture for redundancy.
Phase 2: Decentralization and Security Integration
Integrate blockchain for decentralized data storage and management of hosted projects.
Build automated processes for geo-location-based child discovery and implement basic uptime/network monitoring for node selection.
Begin testing and refining the decentralized node deployment for real-world scenarios (alpha testing).
Phase 3: dApp Boilerplates & Developer Tools
Develop and release production ready boilerplates for blockchain dApps, ensuring plug-and-play deployment for developers.
Launch tools for developers, including project deployment scripts, and integrate wildcard domains through Ngrok or other proxy services.
Phase 4: Beta Release & Onboarding Users
Beta launch of Ming, inviting developers from the blockchain ecosystem for testing and feedback.
Continue onboarding developers and refining the platform based on user feedback.
Phase 5: Full Release & Scaling
Full launch of Ming, with regular updates and continued development of new features (e.g., uptime monitoring, automated scaling).
